Description
Commercial practices including reviewing and drafting of technology contracts, software licenses, e-commerce terms, brand protection, supply, distribution and sales agreements as well as data protection, competition, IP and consumer law.

Requirements
Candidates who apply must meet the following criteria:
* Common Law Qualification
* 2-5 years Post Qualifying Experience in a Commercial Practice of a Local or International Law Firm
* A strong background in commercial matters (Technology, Distribution, Data Protection, E-Commerce preferred)
