Role Overview

We are looking for a Commercial Coordinator who will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operations of our Commercial team in Gulf Coca-Cola Beverages.

The Commercial Coordinator will work closely with the Sales and Commercial support teams to support in Commercial admin activities and help streamline processes and optimize the flow of information, products, and services. The ideal candidate is expected to have strong organizational and communication skills and a keen eye for detail to help us achieve our commercial targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Support: Serve as a point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Sales Support: Collaborate with the Sales and Trade Marketing teams to provide support in preparing sales reports, presentations, and market research.
• Order Processing: Receive and process customer orders accurately and efficiently. Coordinate with various departments to ensure on-time order fulfillment.
• Documentation: Maintain and organize commercial documents, including invoices, purchase orders, and shipping records.
• Reporting: Generate and analyze commercial and sales-related data to support decision-making processes.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and collaborate with the Supply Chain team to optimize inventory turnover while minimizing shortages and excess stock.
• Logistics Coordination: Coordinate shipments and deliveries with logistics partners to meet customer requirements and deadlines.
• Quality Control: Assist in ensuring product quality and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Vendor Relationships: Manage relationships with suppliers, negotiating terms and conditions to optimize costs and service levels.

Requirements

Role Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
• Prior experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry is preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.
• Detail-oriented and a problem solver.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment.
• Willing to work in Dubai, UAE from Mondays – Fridays on a regular work shift.
