Job description / Role
Urgent Senior Level Hire:
- Western Degree educated
- Major Project Experience
- Over 25 years total experience
- Must of worked for a major main contractor
- Must have lead large scale commercial team
- Must have handled multiple projects with multiple clients across GCC
- Must have worked on landmark projects in the region preferably UAE
- Must have in depth knowledge of facets of commercial management – both hands on and in lead capacity
- Must have been key decision maker and had full commercial accountability
- MRICS
Requirements
- QS Background
- Main contracting experience
- Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying / Commercial Management (Western Educated)
- Experience specifically with claims, EOT's, variations and change orders
- Excellent contractual understanding
- Middle East experience mandatory
