Job description / Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Commercial Director to join our team in UAE-Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the manufacturing and construction industry, with a proven track record of driving commercial success and growth. As the Commercial Director, you will be responsible for leading the commercial strategy, managing key client relationships, and maximizing revenue opportunities.
This is a senior leadership role that requires a dynamic and results-driven professional.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the commercial strategy to drive business growth and profitability.
- Lead and manage a high-performing commercial team, providing guidance and support to achieve targets and objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients and partners.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the organization.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust the commercial strategy as needed.
- Collaborate with other senior leaders to align commercial objectives with overall business goals and objectives.
- Oversee the development and execution of marketing and sales initiatives to promote products and services.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in all commercial activities.
Salary:
AED
50,000 to 55,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Commercial Director or in a similar senior commercial leadership role within the manufacturing and construction industry.
- In-depth understanding of commercial principles and practices, with a strategic mindset to drive business growth.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a commercial team.
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities, with a track record of successfully closing deals and partnerships.
- Analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making, with the ability to interpret market trends and performance metrics.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA or relevant post-graduate qualification is a plus.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a focus on delivering results and meeting targets.
- Familiarity with the KSA, UAE market and industry regulations is preferred.
