Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a global UK headquartered law firm which is looking to hire a Commercial Litigation & Dispute Resolution Senior Associate at c.5 – 10 PQE to join its expanding offering in Dubai. The firm would be interested in a high quality Common Law qualified Senior Associate to support the lead Partner as de facto number 2 in the practice undertaking a broad ranging commercial, financial disputes and arbitration cases.
About the role
The role will involve working closely with the lead Partner in the firm’s Dubai office, as well as part of the wider Middle East and international network. The firm has a growing reputation and strong client-base, both in the Middle East and globally. They are looking for a Lawyer to work on high value, complex cross-border commercial and financial services litigation, investigations and international arbitration work in the UAE and across the EMEA region.

Requirements
The successful candidate should be a Common Law qualified Litigation and Arbitration Solicitor with 5 - 10 years post qualification experience gained at an leading international / legal directories ranked law firm and experience of dealing with a broad range of contentious work.
The firm is interested in a Common Law qualified lawyer, either already based in the UAE / Middle East or interested in relocating from a top tier firm in the UK, Sydney, etc. Excellent tax free remuneration and package on offer to attract a high calibre individual.
