Are you a Commercial Manager seeking a challenging role or a Managing Quantity Surveyor looking for the next step in your career then this may be the opportunity for you.
Our client who are a Leading Build Main Contractor are seeking a Commercial Manager to manage a large team of Quantity Surveyors across the companies projects in the UAE. They are currently working on a few of the regions' premier building projects including Mixed Use and High Rise and have a very healthy order book for future work.
The role will be primarily to manage a team of 15+ Quantity Surveyors, who will be weekly reporting to you updates on the project cost and budget and you will report to the Projects Director on a monthly basis. You will also be tasked with improving the structure and processes of the team to improve overall performance.
Requirements
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction related degree
- 12+ years experience
- Experience within Main Contracting is essential
- Experience with Build projects ideally high rise or mixed use
