Charterhouse is working with a well-known Contractor who specialises within MEP across the UAE, prominently Dubai. Our client is looking to hire an experienced Commercial Manager for their commercial team to head up around 10 Quantity Surveyors. You will have overall responsibility for the team and report directly to the General Manager who has been with the organisation since its set up in the early 1990s.
Our client has strong developer relationships and maintenance contracts with various towers and malls across the UAE, however the focus of this role will be to concentrate primarily on the claims and variations in their new build work.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have a relevant Western education / qualification to Degree level as well as substantial experience in the field. Knowledge of the region and the construction industry in Dubai is essential as you will be working with renowned developers.
This is an excellent role for a highly presentable, determined and tenacious Claims / Contracts Manager.
