Job description / Role
Large International Contractor looking for a Commercial Manager to head up a new iconic 1Billion Dhs Mixed Use project in Abu Dhabi.
The client have just secured a new landmark development in the heart of Abu Dhabi. The scheme features a 5* Hotel, a 20 storey residential tower and commercial units.
They are looking for an experienced Commercial Manager to come on board and run the project from a Commercial perspective and manage the team of Quantity Surveyors / Estimators.
Requirements
- Western educated
- Solid Contracting background with Middle East experience
- Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering
- Proven track record with established organisations
