Commercial Manager (Fit Out / Interiors)
Based in Dubai

Our client is a major interior design and fit-out company with a strong reputation in the UAE market. Due to continued expansion, our client is looking to recruit a Commercial Manager (Fit-Out) to join its team in Dubai.
Current projects our client is working on include hospitality projects, residential, commercial, retail and many more!
Requirements
In order to be considered for this role, the successful candidate will have the following skills and attributes:
- Degree qualified (or equivalent due to visa restrictions) in Quantity Surveying
- A proven track record in Quantity Surveying specifically within the fit-out / interiors sector
- Proven track record managing Estimation, Commercial, Contract Admin and Procurement activities with a team below.
- Possess a minimum of 3 years’ experience working in the UAE market
- Excellent leadership and communication skills are a pre-requisite of this role.
