Job description / Role
Commercial Manager - Dubai Tier 1 Contractor (Mixed Use)
Tier 1 Main Contractor seeking experienced Commercial Manager - To oversee a new Iconic 5* Hotel (65 storey, 400 + rooms) to commence imminently in Dubai.
This is one of two large projects that they have just won in the region, with several others in the pipeline. Showing that they are a major player and have long term prospects for anyone looking to join the expanding business at this exciting time.
Requirements
The chosen candidate will come from a Contracting background and will have experience of seeing through major projects from start to finish as a #1 Commercial Manager.
They will have worked for a Main Contractor in the GCC and will be used to managing large teams as well as large scale projects.
Other experience required;
- WESTERN educated with relevant Degree in Quantity Surveying
- Excellent communication / leadership skills
- Contracting experience, specifically with involvement with High Rise Hotels, Commercial or Residential projects
- Excellent contractual understanding, with claims and variations experience
