Position Title: Commi 1
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 3.5K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client:
The hiring company is one of the leading group of companies in the UAE based in Dubai with successful track records in retail, fashion, hospitality, interior design and real estate industries.

Job Role:
• Prepare meals or assist in the contribution to the overall creation of the meal, as instructed, by and under the supervision of a cook as per company standards
• Overlook and train Commis 3/ kitchen helper with tasks side by side
• Clean, cut or prepare raw meat, fish, or poultry for cooking
• Peel, clean and cut up fruit or vegetables
• Ensure that all stocks are kept under optimum conditions
• Ensure that all tasks are completed in accordance with statutory and company hygiene requirements
• Demonstrate Awareness of OH&S policies and procedures and ensure all procedures are con-ducted safely and within OH&S guidelines

Requirements

Requirements:
• Male, 40 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in any relevant field
• At least 2 years of the same work experience from similar restaurant or café
• Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritize
• Excellent communication skills
