Position Title: Commi-II

Salary: up to 3K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

Job Description:
- Follow the prep list created by the chefs to plan duties
- Clean, cut or prepare raw meat, fish or poultry for cooking, peel, clean and cut up fruit or vegetables
- Identify items that are about to go out of stock
- Report broken equipment
- Label and stock all ingredients on shelves so that they can be organize and easily accessible
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Male/Female, 40 years and below
- At least 2 years of experience in the same role
