Position Title: Commis
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 3K AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client:
The hiring company is a well known Arabic restaurant based in Dubai, particularly known for its signature dishes inspired by Arabic and international cultures.

Job Role:
• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food
• Prepare all menu items to ensure that restaurant approved recipes are being followed, guided by Executive Chef
• Maintain cleanliness of assigned working station including sanitation and sterilization of all utensils as per protocol
• Cook by the recipe and to specification and customer requests
• Assist the kitchen team and be a team player based on the daily demands of a busy kitchen
• Do the inventory as scheduled

Requirements

Requirements:
• Open to Asian nationals
• Male/Female, 40 years old and below
• At least 2 years of experience as Commis in a fine dining or casual dining restaurant in the UAE
• Must be familiar with HACCP awareness and food hygiene
• Good communication and comprehension skills
• Immediate joiners will be prioritized
