Position Title: Commis de Cuisine (Pastry)
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 3K AED depending on experience and qualifications plus company accommodation and transportation

About the Client:
The hiring company is an international food and beverage company with high-end restaurant outlets in Abu Dhabi
Job Role:
• Accurately measuring meal ingredients for the Chef de Partie
• Receiving deliveries and verifying that all ordered items have been delivered and are of good quality
• Taking inventory of restaurant supplies and notifying the supervisor of low or depleted supplies
• Discarding all expired and spoiled food items stored in the stock rooms, refrigerators, and freezers
• Performing basic cleaning duties and ensuring that workstations are properly sanitized
• Plating and presenting meal items as per the Chef de Partie’s instructions
Requirements
Requirements:
• Open to any nationalities
• Male/ Female, 40 years and below
• Bachelor’s degree or certificate in any relevant field
• At least 3 years of experience as Commis de Cuisine, preferably from Italian/ Mediterranean high-end or fine dining restaurant
• Proven commercial kitchen experience
• Sound knowledge of food health and safety regulations
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Open to candidates that can join on September 1, 2021
