Position Title: Commis (Hot and Cold Kitchen)
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 3K AED depending on experience and qualifications plus accommodation, transportation and duty meals
Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
About the Client:
An international food & beverage company with high-end restaurant brands.
Job Description:
• Accurately measure meal ingredients for the Chef de Partie
• Prepare basic salads and sauces as directed by the Chef de Partie
• Receive deliveries and verify that all ordered items have been delivered and are of good quality
• Perform basic cleaning duties and ensure that workstations are properly sanitized
• Present meal items as per the Chef de Partie’s instructions
Requirements
Qualifications
• 40 years old and below
• At least 2 years’ experience in the same role preferably with Italian or Mediterranean cuisine background
• Should be fully vaccinated
• Immediate joiner will be prioritized
