Prepares and presents a wide variety of pastries and desserts. Handle all aspects of the pastry production, ordering and proposes new ideas to improve

What you will be doing:

- Support the pastry chef in the overall smooth operation of the pastry kitchen ensuring prompt service at all times.
- Participates in making food requisitions.
- Responsible for the pastry talent hygiene, sanitation, tidiness of the working and Storage areas

Requirements

Your experience and skills include:

- Service focused personality is essential and a passion for everything food and beverage
- Previous experience in a similar role is an asset
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for service
