Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with an international EPC who specialise in gas processing. Our client is looking to hire a Commissioning, Operations and Maintenance Manager, responsible for the GCC. You will work with the O & M managers across each country to assist with the company's existing assets.
Reporting to the Director, you will organize, prepare documents and manage pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up and O & M activities. You will manage, prepare and present all work, documentation, process and procedures required for proper and safe plant start-up whilst meeting client and project obligations. You will work with the O & M managers to streamline and regionalize maintenance activities including all O & M procedures and processes as well as planning a 3 year maintenance forecast and working with the supply chain group to optimize material and parts acquisitions to ensure COM timelines and budgets not exceeded.
Requirements
The successful candidate should be Degree educated and have experience working in the oil & gas industry within gas processing plants. You should have experience of turbines (Solar/GE), Waukesha, Caterpillar and Ariel compressors commissioning, operations and maintenance. You should also be able to manage staff remotely through KPI's and reports as well as have excellent command for written and spoken English, Arabic would be a distinct advantage. The role will be based in the UAE however travel across the Gulf is required.
