Are you a PR executive who is looking for a new challenge?

We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and dynamic PR executive to work with a leading Technology client.

As a Communication Executive, you will support the PR team in obtaining and achieving maximum broadcasting and publication of PR information. He/ she uses all forms of media and communication to build, maintain and manage the reputation of organizations ranging and communicates key messages, to define target audiences in order to establish and maintain goodwill and understanding between an organization and its public.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Corporate and B to B
- Support the PR department with the delivery of key campaigns for the business and partner activity.
- Identify key PR targets and channels and implement media contact cultivation activities i.e.: setting up briefings and meetings for key media and stakeholders for the PR team.
- Organize/facilitate corporate visits and presentations.
- Organize Corporate Social Responsibility events and initiatives, and handle sponsorship matters.
- Monitor publicity and conduct research to find out the concerns and expectations of an organization’s stakeholders.
- Manage the flow of information between an organization and its publics.
- Conduct and support the research and writing corporate promotional materials.
- Handle a portfolio of clients and is responsible for their entire PR presence with the media.

Consumer PR
- Support the PR Manager with the delivery of key PR campaigns including Digital for the brands and products.
- Act as a key contact point to approach and write up Member's PR case studies.
- Respond to all media-related inquiries within the brand portfolio.
- Handle publicity that includes product/channel launches, facilitating feature stories, media replies and arranging for program highlights and scheduling listings.

General PR Duties
- Plan and organise Media Tours, Press Conferences, and News Announcements and develop relationships with key journalists in target sectors.
- Monitor the media, including newspapers, magazines, journals, broadcasts, newswires and blogs, for opportunities for clients.
- Build media collateral, research, develop, write and distribute press releases and 'sell in' stories to key target media channels, execute campaign measurement and evaluation.
- Develop/ adapt, put together the press kits and ensures they are dispatched as expected and on time.
- Analyze creative needs, suggest ideas and coordinate with the creative teams for all related tasks.
- Elaborate the PR strategy of each brand, company or product.
- Visit regularly the client, attend client meetings, and assist in the branding and marketing strategy.
- Prepare reports, keep a track of all press related activities and analyze the results, estimation and the success of the PR Plan.
- Prepare a brief for all the needs of the client/brand and communicate with the client the creative work to get his approval.
- Prepare the PR Plan for the organization/brand on yearly basis.
- Create, plan, organize press events, special events, interviews, awareness campaign and promotional events and follow up with the client and the press.
- Build and maintain a permanent relationship with the press and the clients.
- Work with the account team to develop client proposals and implement the PR activity.
- Assist with the production of client publications, such as in-house magazines.
- Undertake research for new business proposals and present to potential new clients.
- Place and devise colour separations, competitions and advertorials for clients.
- Manage the PR aspect of a possible crisis situation.
- Seek and develop opportunities for enhanced exposure of the client/brand’s image.
- Create press materials including news releases, toolkits, and media advisories.
- Prepare monthly media coverage report, monitor and analyze industry news.

Requirements

- University Degree in Mass Communication, Public Relations or Advertising
- 2 to 4 years of local and regional exposure is required
- Linguistic Skills

English: Excellent written and spoken required
Arabic: Excellent written and spoken required
