Job description / Role
- To provide and increase the company secretarial and administrative support we offer to clients.
- To provide registered agent services to offshore companies registered in Free Zones
- To help establish/implement systems, polices and precedents to ensure high standards of corporate governance
Requirements
- Be educated to degree level or ICSA qualified; formal legal qualification desirable
- Have at least 3 years' company secretarial experience with knowledge of UAE systems and procedures; law firm experience desirable
- Have BluePrint, Oneworld or Viewpoint experience
- Have good communication and interpersonal skills
- Be team oriented and able to work autonomously whilst being adaptable and flexible
- Be exposed to working in different cultures
- Have strong attention to detail and excellent organisational and time management skills
