Job description / Role
Our client is one of the largest multinational organizations based in Dubai with operations across 40 countries globally. They are looking to recruit an experienced compensation and benefits manager to join their team.
ROLE
* Design frameworks
* You will be in charge on performance appraisals
* Manage deployment of long term incentive schemes
* Total reward implementations
* Will implement salary scales
* Reward bench marking
* Management of annual bonus payment pay out and merit increase matrix.
* You will have autonomy within the HR function across the business
Requirements
If you are a highly proactive, professionally presented person, and want to be part of an ever growing organization, this could well be your next long term role!
* Educated to Degree level, ideally within an HR function with a strong consultancy background.
* Have previous GCC experience and must be able to manage a team.
* Fluent in Arabic is an advantage but not essential.
