Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Client, a leading UAE bank is seeking a Compensation and Benefits Manager to oversee and administer the employees perfect rewards and smart benefits. The position will report directly to the head of Compensation and Benefits and will lead the annual compensation review, validation of proposals (salary, promotion, bonus) and ensure revisions are done as per the current policy. Additionally, the role will be looking after the following:

• Conduct Salary Surveys to capture data
• Design and review Compensation Packages
• Ensure proper job evaluation of jobs
• Advise senior management on compensation related matters

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent work
• Experience working at a large bank
• 5 - 7 years of Experience within Compensation and Benefits
