Job description / Role
On behalf of our client a leading Dubai based oil and gas company we are looking to recruit a Compensation and Benefits Specialist. Reporting to the Manager you will be responsible for generating compensation related reports, new recruitment salary benchmarks, contractor day rate calculations and end of service settlements, you will also assist with maintaining accurate HR related data in Oracle and assisting with monthly payroll for both employees and contractors.
Requirements
The successful candidate must have a HR degree with 5 years of compensation/benefits/HR experience, working knowledge of ERP systems ( preferably Oracle) excellent knowledge of MS Excel including complex formulas, pivot tables, V-lookup and H-lookup.
