Job description / Role
- Responsible for Global Compensation and Benefits
- Lead on C&B Cost optimization project
- Manage compensation programs, including market pricing, salary survey response, benchmarking, compensation systems & structures, benefit policies and job evaluation.
- Responsible for all communications and trainings on C&B policies and processes across the organization
Requirements
- Develop proposals and presentations about compensation programs to influence and educate senior level decision-makers.
- Reward lead for Strategic business cases for the region to acquisitions and mergers.
- Researched market practices, trends, statutory requirements related to Comp & Ben by utilizing appropriate methods & sources.
