Employment: Full Time

Compensation & Benefits Manager is required for one of the largest Regional Conglomerates in the UAE, to manage their fast growing business. This is a senior role, the candidate will report to Head of Human Capital.

Key Requirements:

* designing, overseeing and implementing compensation and benefits programs,
* monitoring salary structures,
* balancing staffing needs with cost controls,
* ensuring that policies, procedures and programs are in alignment with the organization's overall strategic objectives and HR vision.

Requirements

Key Skills:

* Min 5-8 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits
* Min Bachelor Degree, Master's Degree would be an advantage
* Min5 years of experience in GCC
* Relevant Compensation and Benefits qualifications
* Multinational experience would be an advantage
