Job description / Role
A global multinational business is seeking a Compensations & Benefits Specialist to join their HR team.
- Manage the payroll process from liaising with employees and maintaining the relationship with the payroll service provider, ensuring all inputs are correct and in line with contracts
- Coordinate and advise on benefits to employees in the region, adhering with requirements set out by Finance & Legal teams
- Advise internal managers on over sea transfers from other offices, ensuring new employees packages are worked out net-to-net and in line with company policy
- Provide support for salary surveys, incentive/bonus schemes, employee stocks and package agreements
- Monitor benefit plans and liaise with external providers. Ensure benefits are fit for purpose and in line with company polices
- Assist in other HR projects when required
Requirements
The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 2 years experience in a similar position or had extensive exposure to C&B in a HR position. Knowledge of Payroll processes and UAE labour law is highly desirable.
Experience in FMCG, Pharmaceuticals or Oil & Gas industry is ideal and previous experience of dealing with company distributors and their employees
You must have excellent interpersonal skills, being able to provide advice and support on a consultative level. You will be an excellent problem solver with an ability to explain a structured process to internal managers.
