Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The key responsibilities of this role: to provide analysis reports on salary surveys and structures, compensation programs, market trends etc.

The successful incumbent will also need to advise managers and employees on compensation and benefits, policies and procedures, provide advice on the resolution of complaints and anomalies, administer employees' promotions and salary adjustments and ensure the compensation and benefit scheme is applied properly.

Requirements

- Graduate in Business Administration or HR Management or relevant disciplines
- Minimum of 6 years experience in HR with at least 2-3 years as a specialist in Compensation & Benefits in the Oil & Gas sector
- Highly skilled in MS Office especially in Access, Excel and HR SAP.
- Strong written and oral communication skills
