Job description / Role
AED40,000 plus family medical/ticket/schooling.
On behalf of our client a leading oil and gas producer that is based in Dubai we are looking to recruit a Compensation and Benefits Supervisor. You will be responsible for providing support to the business in the field of compensation, benefits and payroll administration aswell as assisting the HR Manager with other dutries
Requirements
The successful candidate must be a resident of the UAE, have 10 years compensation and benefits experience within a international/multinational firm, have a CIPD qualification and preferably a Masters degree in HR
Supervisory experience is essential and candidates who have worked for an oil and gas firm are preferred
