Compensations & Benefits Officer Up To 12k Aed For A Group Of Companies In Dubai
• Design a compensation package based on business goals and strategy
• Create a consistent compensation guideline that matches our work and organizational culture
• Create and analyze job descriptions evaluations and classifications
• Conduct salary and labor market research to define benchmarks
• Apply effective communication strategies
• Assess employees needs by conducting organizational surveys
• Keep abreast with new trend and best practice in the filed
• Ensure that compensation practices follow current laws and regulations
• Conduct periodic audits, prepare and present reports
Requirements
• POSITION: COMPENSATIONS & BENEFITS OFFICER
• SALARY: up to 12,000 AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
• HIRING COMPANY: Group of Companies
• LOCATION: Dubai, UAE
• AVAILABILITY: Immediately (1-month max)
• EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent/ Full time
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Open to any nationality
• Male/Female, 40 years old and below
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or similar relevant field
• Minimum 5 years relevant compensation and benefits experience in the UAE
• A detail-oriented compensation professional, experience with grading, salary scales, JD's, setting KPI's, job analysis, tracking KPI's, setting objectives, performance management system implementation etc.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Prior experience in HR operations and knowledge of best practices
