Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• To investigate, respond to and resolve all complaints and issues of the customers.
• To analyse complaints and identify actions to improve service.
• Coordinate with the branch and customers to resolve the issues.
• Provide suggestions to improve the quality of our customer service based on the complaints received.
• Generate report of what are the complaints that we received in a monthly basis.
• Responsible in customer happiness.

Requirements

• Educated to degree level or equivalent
• Excellent English communication skills
• Highly Developed written communication skills
• Highly developed interpersonal, communication and influencing skills and ability to communicate with staff and customers
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to assimilate and understand disparate information to make sound and fair judgements and decisions
• Good awareness of Equality and Diversity considerations
• Highly organised and able to manage and prioritise workload to deliver targets
• Must have at least 3 years experience in similar field
• Can start immediately
