Job description / Role
Position Title: Compliance and Client Relationship Officer
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 7,000 AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
About the Client:
A prominent business set up consultancy agency catering to businesses in different industries all across UAE
Job Role:
• Responsible in making sure that all application documents submitted comply with the standard requirement requested by the licensing authority
• Responsible in taking notes during the Sales & Marketing weekly meeting scheduled every Sunday, at 8:30 AM and in sending out minutes of the meeting on the same day
• To make sure that updates are sent out to the Sales Team.
• Responsible in doing "Daily Leads Count" and "Missing Leads Reminder" to the Sales Agent
• Will be tasked to do random checks on a weekly basis if the Sales Agents are responding to queries within the 2-hour response time
• Support sales team in times of high load and absence
• Proactively audit processes, practices and documents to identify weaknesses
• Evaluate business activities to assess compliance risk
• Set plans to manage a crisis or compliance violation
• Manage and update the CRM
• Notify the sales agent on company trade license renewal
• Give regular updates to the client on their license, immigration, and visa process
Requirements
Requirements:
• Male/Female, 30 years old and below
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the business setup industry
• Well versed with ADGM and DIFC
• Highly knowledgeable in sales and customer service in a business setup
• Must be a self-starter, motivated and dynamic, capable of attention to detail and maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive compliance data
• Excellent communication skills
