Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

We are looking to recruit an experienced Compliance and Standards Manager to join the team within Al Futtaim Auto Centres (ALAC) based in Dubai. The main purpose of the role is to effectively handle management system implementations, maintenance and improvements.

Working within the Management team, you will be responsible for leading quality management projects within the Aftersales divisions, to ensure the accurate execution of the Plan, Do, Check and Action cycle; ensuring the successful implementation of process quality gates, process improvements and customer-associate engagement programs; supporting the facility Project Manager with the set-up and layout of all new and existing facilities within all ALAC operations.

Requirements

- Bachelor's of Science Degree Holder
- Certified Lead Auditor 9001, 14001 & 18001
- 3yrs Management Representative Experience
- Management Systems Implementation Experience

Job-Specific Skills:
- Proficient if MS Applications - EXCEL, POWERPOINT, VISIO
- Excellent Analytical and Presentation Skills
