Position Title: Compliance Coordinator
Employment Type: Full time
Salary: up to 6,000 AED full package depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Sharjah, UAE

Job Role:
- Centralize, manage, and retain all information on compliance-related issues for example breach of regulation, non-respect of procedures and conflict of interest and report the same to the immediate supervisor or General Manager
- Facilitate the fulfilment of all regulatory requirements, coordinates and reports the findings of internal compliance audits and facilitating external audits by regulatory agencies
- Assess the appropriateness of internal policies, procedures, and guidelines, ensure of follow-up of any identified deficiencies, suggest recommendations for amendments
- Respond promptly to any request for information made by Executive Office and Competent Authorities.
- Reporting to Sr. Compliance Officer in overseeing compliance procedures and advise on risk management
- Assist in ESR Project while Communication to Licensees, Monitor & Track ESR Potential Clients and maintain ESR Report data
- Monitor, review and analyze compliance risk, and ensure compliance with all applicable legislation and regulations through effective processes, procedures, systems, and controls
- Be familiar with the local requirement of laws regulation relevant findings, recommendations, guidance, directives, resolutions, sanctions

Requirements

Requirements:
- Open to ASIAN and ARABIC nationals
- Female, 30 years old and below
- Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
- Minimum 3 years UAE experience in the same role
- Adaptable in multi-cultural and multi-ethnic working team and environment
- Excellent communication skills
