Compliance Manager up to 15k Aed for a Business Setup Firm in Dubai
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Responsible for supporting the operations of the Compliance Department, including planning and coordinating departmental initiatives, to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and industry best practices
• Report back to Direct Manager or General Manager on current risk and compliance performance
• Perform risk assessments to understand risk level, significance and scope
• Keep up to date with, and understand, relevant laws and regulations
• Monitor compliance with laws, regulations and internal policies
• Compile and validate the ES notifications/reports
• Assist the clients with their enquiries related to ESR
• Generates reports
Requirements
• POSITION: Compliance Manager
• SALARY: up to 15,000 AED all-inclusive, depending on qualifications and experiences

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Open to ANY nationals
• Male/Female, 28-38 years old and below
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Holder of a master’s degree qualification
• ACAMS certification from either UK/US/ Germany or France or equivalent is a must
• At least 5 years of UAE experience as a Compliance Manager
• Strong experience in compliance, organization, regulations, administration, customer, diligence, internal, filing, etc.
• Extensive full knowledge of AML laws and regulation, and on Economic Substance Regulation procedures
• Must be a self-starter, motivated and dynamic, capable of attention to detail and maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive compliance data
• Fluency in English
