Job description / Role
Our client is a leading readymix concrete solution provider and they require a managerial level concrete technical manager specialized in Readymix concrete to be based in Dubai.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for continued development of the Quality Manual and Quality Procedures of the company.
- Responsible for drafting technical literature's and advisories for the internal and external customers
- To advise on the analysis of QC results and assist developing KPI's for concrete and raw material
- To be involved in the research and development on behavior of raw material for concrete products including its influence to the properties of concrete and development of sustainable engineering products.
Requirements
This role requires very specific experience and it is preferred if the candidate has a doctorate in Civil Engineering with specialism in Concrete Technology. It is preferred for the candidate to have 6+ years experience in leading the technical function of a ready mix with expertise in; design of concrete products, value added special product and the investigation, testing and interpretation of results. The ideal candidate should be from a research and development background and be having 15 or more years experience within the readymix concrete industry.
Fluency and proficiency in English is essential for this role.
