Employment: Full Time

Arbitration and international litigation matters, largely focused on the construction industry. Some scope to be involved in more general disputes matters as well.

Client Details

Immediately recognisable law firm which is headquartered in the US. They have a very strong GCC footprint and are very much in growth mode. Dispute Resolution is an area in which they are considered global market leaders

Description

* Assist in major international arbitrations
* Take a lead role in cross border commercial litigation matters
* Be active in business development activities to develop the client base

Requirements

* Minimum of 3 years post qualification experience
* Some experience of having worked with another international law firm
* Solid grounding in either construction or international arbitration
* Top class academics
