Job description / Role
Our client is a well known conglomerate with significant interests in Construction. They are looking to appoint an Internal Audit Manager with a RICS qualification.
The role will be accountable for internal controls, processes and governance within the organisation. It is important that the candidate that takes this role has experience both in Audit Management and in Quantity Surveying.
Key responsibilities are:
- Risk assessments and creating risk based audit plan
- Manage internal audits in line with the annual plan
- Work closely with operations management
- Ensure projects are completed within budget
- Resolve operating problems
Requirements
- Degree in civil engineering
- RICS qualification
- More than 5 years internal audit management experience
- To work in this role you must have extensive experience in construction project management.
- You must have excellent communication skills.
