Construction Lawyer - Government Entity in Abu Dhabi

Senior Legal Counsel role with a focus on construction matters, as well as more general commercial contracts and regulatory aspects

Client Details
Government entity in Abu Dhbai with a rich history and some very exciting projects in the pipeline for the next 12 months. The legal team is small but includes some top quality personnel with multinational backgrounds

Description
* Generalist commercial contracts, drafting and negotiating
* Handling all construction matters with a particular focus on FIDIC and JCT contracts
* Regulatory work
* Some management of more junior team members

Requirements

To be considered you must have the following:

* Minimum of 7 years legal experience
* International qualifications
* In depth expertise of FIDIC and ideally JCT contracts as well
* Some general commercial contracts expertise

Those with previous experience of working either in the government or in a multinational will be shown preference
