Job description / Role
Construction Manager required by one of the Middle East’s leading main contractors. They have a major presence within the region and work on some of the most well known and prestigious projects.
Requirements
As an experienced Construction Manager you’ll need to have worked on high end fit outs where the quality of the end product is second to none.
Your main responsibility will be delivering the interior elements of the project on time and in budget while ensuring that the client’s expectations are achieved. You will also need to be experienced with working on projects with tight programme times.
You will have a full team including supporting you to ensure your success. It is essential that you have prior experience of working in the Middle East and having working on a healthcare related project would be a plus.
