Construction Manager - Interior Fitout

Job description / Role

OCM Executives are currently working on behalf of a leading Interior Fit Out Contractor in Dubai.

Due to a recent change of management the company has grown rapidly by securing projects in excess of 170m this year with their modest target of 40m, with many of these projects focused around the hospitality sector.

Due to an influx of new projects they are actively looking for an experienced Construction Manager to join their established Project execution team.

Requirements

- Must have experience managing 1 or multiple projects with values of 20m AED +
- Must have experience managing a team of project engineers/site supervisors
- Must have experience on hospitality or commercial projects within Interior Fitout
- Bilingual is a bonus but not essential (English + Either Hindi, Tagalog or Arabic)
- University degree educated is a bonus but not essential
- Flexibility about location of Projects (Dubai or Abu Dhabi)
- Flexible to working evenings and occasional weekends to get the project completed on time.
- Must be able to interview immediately
