Hanwha Trade’sConstruction Material Procurement and Sales Company (SnP, Dubai) was established as a sourcing and procurement company for construction companies in the Middle East. Supported by Hanwha Trade’s global network and its expertise in international trade, SnP isregistered as the sole procurement company of the Bismayah New City Project (BNcP), located near Baghdad, Iraq, supplying construction related goods and food stuff to the project site.

Hanwha Trade/SnP is currently seeking to expand its business scope by offering its specialties in sourcing and procuring construction materials to the open market. SnP is looking for a Sales Manager who can conduct sales activities that involve construction materials, machinery, equipment and installments. The main clients will be contractors, stock sellers, and other channels that purchases and distributes all types of construction materials in the GCC. In addition to construction materials, the candidate will also be involved in market research and sales activities by developing business opportunities that involve goods that are traded by Hanwha Corporation Trade Division.The position can be challenging since it will require the management of both the sales and purchase of the relevant materials.Detailed responsibilities will be discussed during interviews and candidates will be tested for their knowledge of the GCC construction material market and the network they have.

Ultimately, it is Hanwha Trade’s goal to become a leading trading company in the GCC by operating warehouses and logistics centers that can facilitate the business developed by the candidate.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in construction materials sales, is active and eager to conduct sales and market research, and must have passion, commitment and entrepreneurial spirit. Background knowledge in international trade is preferred.The candidate must be able to allocate his time well and should be capable of multi-tasking. Most importantly, SnP is seeking a candidate with dedication and integrity, the core values that Hanwha Group seeks from its family members.

- Salary: Under AED 25,000/month (All inclusive)

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- 5 ~ 10 years marketing and sales experience in construction materials.
- Personal Integrity and excellent communication skills with fluency in both speaking and writing in English.
- Well knowledgeable in construction related material and raw material
- Good skillsin Word, Excel, and Power point usage
- Other skills: Negotiation, Selling to customer needs, motivation for sales, sales planning, market knowledge and building relationships
- Experience in international trade is a plus
