Job description / Role
Leading retail brand are expanding into the Middle East and have sites opening up across the GCC region in the short term.
This International brand require a Construction Project Manager who will manage multiple fit out sites autonomously, throughout the life of design and construction.
With a Design Management eye, this individual will be able to manage projects, travelling throughout the region, dealing with contractors, and ensuring the financial and contractual obligations of the projects are met.
Requirements
This individual will be in the region having had delivery experience of construction, fit out projects in UAE and ideally wider GCC.
With a construction background, this individual will have 5- 10 years post graduation of a Degree in Architecture/Civil Engineering/ Construction Management.
The ability to manage projects autonomously, and who can manage external consultants and internal design and engineering professionals.
Commercial acumen is required to manage multiple projects.
