Employment: Full Time

As a SAP HCM functional Consultant you need to understand and be able to implement best Business Processes in a SAP environment by designing appropriate solutions supporting the customer business processes as part of the overall SAP programme

The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to manage configuration and other business process related activities, provide support and maintenance of the SAP systems, create and evolve the business process design, deliver programme/project solutions and demonstrate commitment to change/incident management

Candidates will demonstrate the ability to manage all aspect of the business mapping and blueprinting process including process design and gap analysis to standard SAP functionality within the business blueprint project phase, ability to evaluate the system strategies and requirements related to new SAP components recommending and implementing them, develop and document the detailed design and configuration of the business process.

Requirements

It is critical that the candidate has experience of full life cycle implimentation and a minimum of 5 years' experience in SAP HCM specifically. A degree in an IT related discipline is required along with a project managament certificate. Candidates qualified in Lean Six Sigma Continuous Improvement or experience in SuccessFactors will be given preference.

The Candidate will be an experienced SAP HCM consultant who is organized, reliable and has a proven track record. Confident in working with and getting the best from project and support teams you will provide the SAP process design skills that complement the ability of EIT to deliver to promise.
