Consultant SAP REFX - Enterprise IT - Al Futtaim Group - Dubai, UAE

- Support for Real Estate Line of Business
- Delivery of Request for Changes (RFCs)
- New Ideas and Process improvements for Real Estate Business
- Customer focus and Individual accountability

As a SAP REFX Consultant you will need to understand and implement the best Business Processes in SAP REFX environment by designing appropriate solutions supporting the customers business processes as part of the overall SAP program.

You will be responsible for the method and processes used to translate business requirements into a solution considering balancing both the functional needs and data architecture.

You will provide an expert level of skills & knowledge in the evaluation, development, testing and delivery of SAP REFX application and related business process developments

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience in SAP REFX system implementations
- Knowledge of SAP FICO will be an advantage
- Knowledge of SAP NWFW (Records & Case Management) required.
- A minimum of 4-5 years experience in the configuration, delivery of Real Estate Processes
- Support of SAP Real Estate processes and 2-3 SAP REFX implementations of significant size, scope and complexity.
- Involvement in SAP opportunities as either overall lead or solution lead would be advantageous.
- Experience of working in the Real Estate/Mall operators/ Property developers /Constructions will be highly regarded.
- Experience of working in the MENA region would be a big plus.

Job-Specific Skills:

SAP Solution Design
- Significant exposure to and experience within the real estate/retail sector is a core requirement for the role
- The candidate should be well versed with all areas of SAP REFX, NWFM & Real Estate integration with FICO.
- Integration with other SAP modules and external applications.
- Strong business process knowledge stretching beyond SAP functionality in the Real Estate & Engineering sector.
- Understands delivery within a context of possible constraints (e.g., cost, schedule) and able to operate effectively within those constraints.
