Job Description & Summary
In PwC Middle East Consulting, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the best across industry and professional functional advisory services. As the Operations Senior Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. You will be working directly with the Middle East Consulting Leader to support our engagement teams and clients operationally by providing advice on strategic business issues, optimizing communication channels, and monitor financial reporting and accounting.

- Proactively managing stakeholders both internally and externally to create positive outcomes for all parties.
- Lead on partner communications for Consulting M&C to enhance knowledge and understanding of Consulting activities and value among partners across the cluster. Support external communications when required.
- Lead on the delivery of our regular planned and ad hoc internal communications, for example, the Consulting Report ensuring they drive key strategic objectives for Consulting.
- Seek out different ways to use current and relevant technological advances, as well as deploying methods to keep up and stay ahead of new developments
- Take ownership for developing professional networks that help deliver what is best for stakeholders. 
- Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct. 
- Developing and implementing transformation projects, change management and business process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Required Skills

- Broad business experience
- Wide-ranging internal and external communications experience, including with C-suite stakeholders.
- Proven ability to create, implement and deliver audience, channel and content strategies.
- Excellent writing and editorial skills, and proven ability to plan, manage and deliver projects.
- Strong stakeholder management and demonstrable influencing skills particularly with very senior leadership; proven track record of working within complex stakeholder networks.
- Issues and crisis comms management experience with sound judgement and political awareness
- A strong problem-solver and able to work calmly under pressure.
- Strong project management skills; ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver projects on time, sometimes to strict deadlines
- Comfortable managing and leading people including being able to delegate effectively and appropriately
- A strong understanding of business and current affairs including a thorough knowledge of the economic, political and business drivers impacting the Consulting LoS and professional services in particular.
