Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Reporting to the Consumer Intelligence department manager and supporting both the manager and senior executive in the following:

- Ad hoc consumer research for specific business units.
- Quantitative and qualitative research, including product/concept ad testing, brand equity index, usage and attitudes, motivations and drivers.
- Create questionnaires and result presentation templates
- Coordinate with the agency and business unit
- Support result analysis
- Internal satisfaction survey

Support the yearly launch and analysis of an internal satisfaction survey over support services:
- Follow established method, processes and analysis templates
- Coordinate with internal support services and agency

Syndicated research:
- Synthesize information coming from available syndicated reports (free or bought by the group) in an easy, digestible format for operational units

Requirements

- University degree in business or statistics
- Fresh graduate or 1 year consumer research experience ideally in a research agency
- Personality and mindset: Organised and systematic, adaptable with good interpersonal skills, engaged, team player and fast learner
- Software: advanced excel, SPSS, powerpoint are a must
- Languages: excellent English, Arabic written/spoken would be excellent, French is a plus
