Job description / Role
Content Lead - Ecommerce Company in Dubai
- Are capable of owning and leading all content driven activities related to content production (Product Upload) and management
- Possess necessary competencies and know how to ensure fresh and quality content for our ecommerce site
- Understand the strategy and content growth drivers (ie, content collection, curation/editing, proofing and upload processes)
- Can liaise with Marketing to ensure quality content (text, photos, videos, geocodes, offers etc.)
- Have experience working with Hybris and Macros
- Are well versed and hands on with usage of the Content Management Systems (CMS)
- Can participate in the design of the CMS to ensure effective content management
- Can partner with the Product Management teams to understand existing content management processes and guidelines, refine them progressively and define new ones as needed
- Have experience on building highly productive content management/production teams
- Are passionate for high quality content & user interfaces (simple, clean, user-friendly & relevant)
Requirements
- Have exceptional communication, facilitation and organizational skills
- Have the ability to understand the potential and constraints of technology solutions
- Have the capacity to acquire, master and wield HTML and CMS skill
- Have 7+ years of experience, managing content and production for high traffic websites
- Have experience on working closely with freelance writers, design, development, business teams and third party content providers
- Have experience of managing large team size
