Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Or client is for a Contracts Manager to join there team in Dubai.

The successful candidate will be expected to work on the following tasks,
- Analyse, design and formulate Supply Chain, warehousing solutions as per customer needs.
- Utilise Company’s expertise and capabilities to provide customer solutions also suggest additional required resources.
- To study and provide the solution confirmation activities and the fit/gap analysis; identify key gaps and ensure that the foot print and design meets the customer’s requirements
- Prepare data mapping layouts and reports to identify, compile and present to both management and Customer
- Transform the solution into a practical design, advising mode of process and operations, detailing resource requirements, equipment, infrastructural and IT requirements.
- Formulate articulate Contracts, Agreements, and SOPs, Formulate RFQ, RFFs, Proposals, Presentations, and lead customer meetings & presentations.
- Execute corporate strategy for maximum penetrations within existing corporate account using sales tools like gazing, CRM and strategic account management
- Identify and devise opportunities and maximize cross selling opportunities.
- Provide the business rationale and risk assessment to management for making investments on potential business opportunities.
- Develop case studies within logistics sectors from existing and new business and share with management as directed.
- Be a key member of business development function, designing, developing and providing cost analysis for new supply chain solutions for target customers.
- Update and maintain detailed business pipeline report.
- Liaise and establish valuable relations with essential trade bodies, warehousing vendors and equipment providers, transporters, etc.

Requirements

- 12+ years of extensive work experience in Supply Chain Management, Process Re-Engineering, Business Process & improvement.
- Strong track record of work exposure in the Middle East on Warehousing, DC Operations, Freight, Transportation and Customs and Regulations.
- Multitalented, aggressive, vision oriented team worker with finesse in planning, costing, implementation, monitoring, gap analysing and formulating suitable solutions.
- Good acumen and eye for details, strong analytical skills to review both operational and financial data.
- Engineering degree OR Master degree in Supply Chain & Logistics.
- Preferred: Supply Chain Certifications, CPP / CPPM / Six Sigma certifications.
- Preferred age bracket: 30 to 35 years
- Internationally travelled and culturally sensitive.
- Excellent communication skills in English; both written and verbal.
- Ability to communicate at all levels of the organisation.
- Ability to set own agenda and work under own initiative.
- Excellent use of MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel and some other PC applications, knowledge of SAP & warehousing modules.
