Contracts Administrator

Job description / Role

Incredible opportunity to work with a prestigious financial institution located in Abu Dhabi. The role reports to the Head of the department. Some of the responsibilities include:

- Assist the service manager in preparing and reviewing contracts with Vendors, ensuring that these are consistent and that copies are held in the appropriate place.
- Assist the service manager/s in arranging contract review meetings, promotional meetings and presentations.
- Provide support services to the meetings of professionals related to the delivery of services including the preparation of agendas and minute taking at the meetings as necessary.
- Ensure that any claims or vendor notifications are processed appropriately and that the required associated paperwork is available, liaising with Legal Division and the finance team when necessary.
- Follow-Up with Vendors and internal departments / teams on status of responding to requests made by the team / department, including but not limited to the return of countersigned original contract documentation.

Requirements

The ideal candidate must have one to two years of experience in an administrative support role and/or projects-related role

Should have experience in personnel management

Some experience working with project management software, such as EPM and (at)Task

Must have a university degree
