Job description / Role
- Review of contracts and other legal documents (provided by employer or attorney)
- Routing/tracking of contracts and legal documents to in-house personnel and/or outside Counsel for comments
- Tracking/following up on comments and assist with editing of contracts based on comments
- Preparation of Authorizations for Signature
- Tracking contracts through Review/Signature process (knowing or finding out who’s desk it’s on)
- Scanning and distribution of contracts after execution
- Reviewing contracts for critical dates
- Entering contracts and critical dates into database
- Prepare pay applications for land development contracts and contractors
Requirements
Looking for Contracts Administrator/Contracts Engineer and Handling in the project sector of Infrastructure Developments & Utilities Earthworks, Roads, Bridges & Tunnels.
Added advance: Theme park project experience.
