Contracts Associate

Job description / Role

Swisslinx Middle East is looking for a Contracts Associate / Specialist on behalf of our client, a private investment firm based in Abu Dhabi.

Supporting the Senior Legal Counsel, your responsibilities will include:
- Undertaking assignments as instructed by the Senior Legal Counsel
- Complete and review contracts, agreements, MOUs and other documents
- Complete and update standard templates and standard documentation and contracts
- Maintain accurate and confidential document filing system

Requirements

- Legal (commercial or paralegal) experience
- Experience within procurement is a must
- Experience within quantity surveyor / surveying firms is preferred
- Background in real estate or development
- Based in the UAE
